Following the vaccination campaign in the spring, another vaccination action against COVID-19will take place in the autumn of 2023.

This offer is valid for all German nationals living in China mainland and their German family members. Family members with other nationality cannot be included. The adapted vaccine Comirnaty Omicron XBB.1.5 is used for vaccination.

As with the vaccination campaign in the spring of 2023, you can register if you are interested in a vaccination via the platform provided by theAHK. You absolutely must register again, even if you have already been registered for the vaccination activity in the spring. The link will be vpublished here soon.

The AHK registration platform will be activated in good time before the start of the vaccination campaign, which is scheduled for the second half of 2023. Following the registration, you will receive information on the registration procedure at the vaccination location you have chosen. As part of the registration process, we will also provide you with further documents and information on vaccination.

Vaccinations are carried out in vaccination clinics at the following diplomatic missions abroad: Beijing, Shanghai, Canton. German nationals in the districts of the Consulates General of Chengdu and Shenyang can register at one of the three sites mentioned. The vaccine itself is free of charge, the cost of vaccination follows the international standard and, depending on the vaccination clinic, is between 300.- and 600.- RMB. Payment is made at the respective vaccination clinic.
